The company

TECNOLUB was created by Raymond BLAISE in August 1988. After gaining 11 years of experience in the lubrication sector, the company chose to specialise in industrial lubricants, and more specifically liquids used for processing metals.

The environment and global solutions

From its outset, TECNOLUB has chosen to work with manufacturers of products which respect both man and the environment. With this important concern in mind, the idea was developed of offering a global solution to customers. Leaving manufacturing to the specialists, TECNOLUB  began to manage the peripherals of industrial machining.  Thus, in addition to recommending suitable fluids, TECNOLUB became a real partner for manufacturers, managing not only all aspects of lubrication, filtration and treatment of oils, but also the treatment of metal turnings from evacuation from the machine to sorting, drying and grinding.

Replying to customer demands for global solutions, TECNOLUB progressively expanded its activities to further satisfy production site needs. The company added to its services de-greasing, floor maintenance, oil absorption, transportation of parts, inspection of presses, work station security controls etc... . All of TECNOLUB’s products satisfy European Union standards as well as the regulations set out by the various bodies governing security.

Research into new lubrication products led to the use of specialised products and techniques for different types of machines. TECNOLUB began to expand its expertise to micro-lubricants and to offer different types of micro-lubricants for specific uses. An importer from 1989 to 1994, TECNOLUB acquired important experience whilst working with overseas producers. The company started to develop its own systems, innovating and adapting systems to different requirements. With the breakthrough of micro-lubrication into the aeronautical industry, TECNOLUB gained expertise in this sector which was to soon to benefit mechanical.

Different projects allow us to find solutions in other areas of activity, such as concrete, agri-foodstuffs, plastics, iron and steel.
